The morning sun shown through a thin layer of louds on the surprisingly warm February morning. Patches of grass were starting to show themselves from underneath the snow, and most people could get away with wearing a thick sweatshirt and a hat. Alenko, Sakari, and Achill strolled down the trail to where the Rite of Fortitude was to begin. Their handlers had made arrangements for three starters to meet them there at the entrance, they were all very busy, and could not come and do this rite with their tokos. Luckily, the rules were changed so starters could go with the participants in each Rite of Fertility. RoM: Alenko, Achill, and Sakari.
It was a cold, February morning when Alenko, Achill, and Sakari went out to begin their Rite of Merit. They were going to be doing one of the Wild Trait exercises: the ice fishing challenge. In this challenge, they would have an hour and a half to catch as many fish possible without eating any of them. Each member of the trio had a radio collar on that would monitor their progress.
